Im Voraus darauf hingewiesen, dass wir aus Deutschland sind und für einen Freund eine Immobilie suchen und extra 70 km anreisen um die Immobilie zu sehe. Es wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass uns nicht die Immobilie gezeigt wird, da wir nicht der Endkunde sind! Wirklich schlechter Service von Mitarbeiterin F.R. Wir fanden heraus, dass Sie die Provision nicht teilen will und deswegen ein anderen Kunden bevorzugen würde! Very disappointing way of working! Made an appointment days ago and then canceled at short notice 2 hours before! Advised in advance that we are from Germany looking for a property for a friend and traveling an extra 70km to see the property. We were then told that we were not shown the property as we are not the end customer! Really bad service from employee F.R. We found out that she doesn't want to share the commission and would therefore prefer another customer!

First class service would highly recommend to anyone.Especially if you are moving from the U.K. We moved in a week ago and looking forward to our new life here.
