★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de demonstrar interesse num imóvel e ter contactado o sr João Filipe o mesmo não se deu ao trabalho de devolver as várias chamadas que lhe fiz e tal e qual as crianças mandou me um SMS sem jeito absolutamente nenhum.. Estranho porem cartazes a anunciar uma venda ou um arrendamento e depois não se dão ao trabalho de falar com quem tem interesse.. Não aconselho..
After showing interest in a property and having contacted Mr. Joao Filipe the same did not bother to return the various calls I made him and just like the children sent me an SMS no way at all .. Strange to put up posters announcing a sale or a lease and then do not bother to talk to anyone who has interest .. I do not advise ..
