Nos vendió un apartamento con calefacción, la cual no funcionaba. Estuvimos pasando frío durante 3 horas, mientras el propietario buscaba excusas para no cambiarnos de lugar. Quiso movernos a un apartamento 3 horas después, que estaba al otro lado de la calle, cobrándonos 25€ extra por ser un apartamento superior, sin asumir la culpa de vendernos un apartamento averiado y tenernos durante horas esperando.
Finalmente, tenía un apartamento justo al lado del nuestro del mismo precio, donde gracias a la señora que tienen trabajando terminó por acceder a alojarnos (Él ni lo propuso como solución), pero los plomos se saltaban constantemente por no soportar la calefacción, lo que nos tuvo otra hora sin luz y a la espera.
El “sofá cama” que venden en el alojamiento, te lo dan sin ropa de cama ni mantas, y cuando se las pides para poner la cama supletoria, te piden 10€ extra, alegando que va alguien a hacerla, en vez de darte simplemente la ropa.
Por lo demás, apartamento equipado correctamente, aunque el primer apartamento no tenía detalles como tostador y otros utensilios básicos de cocina, el agua salía bien caliente y el wifi correcto.
Not suitable to stay outside of summer and very poor treatment by the owner.
He sold us an apartment with heating, which was not working. We were freezing for 3 hours, while the owner looked for excuses not to move. He wanted to move us to an apartment 3 hours later, which was across the street, charging us an extra € 25 for being a superior apartment, without assuming the guilt of selling us a broken apartment and having us waiting for hours.
Finally, he had an apartment right next to ours of the same price, where thanks to the lady they have working he ended up agreeing to accommodate us (He did not even propose it as a solution), but the leads were constantly jumping for not supporting the heating, which we had another hour without light and waiting.
The "sofa bed" that they sell in the accommodation, they give it to you without bedding or blankets, and when you ask them to put the extra bed, they ask you for € 10 extra, claiming that someone is going to make it, instead of simply giving you the clothes.
Otherwise, apartment equipped correctly, although the first apartment did not have details such as toaster and other basic kitchen utensils, the water came out very hot and the wifi was correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La valoración es baja debido a que íbamos con un bebé y nos asignaron el apartamento abuhardillado en la 2ª planta, con muchas escaleras y muy estrechas. Una odisea para subir y bajar con el carro, las maletas… Una pena.
The valuation is low because we were with a baby and we were assigned the attic apartment on the 2nd floor, with many stairs and very narrow. An odyssey to go up and down with the car, the suitcases... A pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely stay, had a great time in Peniche, really enjoyed being in the middle of town and walking distance from everything. We stayed in number 13 and the balcony is just the best! I would strong suggest gettingsa lovely dinner from D'Raiz around the corner !
