(Translation: Very bad service from certain employees. To the point where they become hostile when they make a mistake. Although the food is decent, they don't know the ingredients, and some of their ingredients can cause severe allergic attacks. There are other places to eat with friendly staff and more professional people.)
As you can see from the owners response below, -he- is a misogynistic and controlling individual. No restaurant has “never” received a complaint before and clearly, they are distorting their online reviews. I did not refuse to pay. I think my other reviews show that I can write a very good one - if the place and people are good. I spoke out against his arrogant attitude and his desire to chat with his girlfriend instead of giving good service. I’m sure, if he is not there - it’s a lovely place. But why go somewhere that has a misogynistic owner, when there are many other wonderful places to go.
