Costa recoge mercancía para abonar incluso firmando un papel de recogida y Fernanda de administración después de mucho insistir en que hagan el ingreso contesta por email después de 6 meses que no devuelven el dinero ni el producto y que tenemos que seguir comprando para optar a la bonificación. Poco serios, nada recomendables.
**Actualización 20/03/2019 debido a la falsedad en la respuesta aportada por Castanheira.
1- Mienten cuando dicen que nunca fueron alteradas las condiciones. Las mismas nos la expuso el comercial Pedro Costa y en todo momento se comprometió a la devolución del importe previa devolución de muestras siempre y cuando la calidad no se ajustara a las necesidades de nuestro cliente. Es más, el mismo nos pidió que en la nota de recogida de la mercancía pusiéramos los datos bancarios para el abono de la misma. ADJUNTO nota firmada por Pedro Costa, comercial de Castahneira.
2- Las notas de crédito no se pueden descontar de los pedidos por una sencilla razón, no nos interesa trabajar con su empresa, porque son muy informales y la calidad no se ajusta ala demanda de nuestros clientes.
3- Hemos dejado pasar un tiempo prudencial, 4 meses, soportando que nos dieran largas sistemáticamente. Aunque la cantidad no es mucha, solo queremos que nos devuelvan nuestro dinero.
PD. El comercial Pedro Costa ya no atiende el teléfono. Atención al cliente nefasta.
They do not meet the deadlines or the agreed conditions. The commercial P. 1- They lie when they say that the conditions were never altered. The same was presented to us by the Pedro Costa commercial and at all times he undertook to return the amount after returning samples as long as the quality was not adjusted to the needs of our client. Moreover, the same asked us in the note of collection of the merchandise to put the bank details for the payment of the same. ATTACHED note signed by Pedro Costa, commercial of Castahneira.
2- The credit notes can not be deducted from the orders for a simple reason, we are not interested in working with your company, because they are very informal and the quality does not adjust to the demand of our customers.
3- We have allowed a prudential period of time, 4 months, supporting us to be systematically delayed. Although the amount is not much, we only want our money back.
P.S. The commercial Pedro Costa no longer answers the phone. Nefarious customer service.
