★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were promised a spot for our daughter but when we arrived the director Ana pretended she had never spoken with us eventhough I had the emails to prove it. We were left without a daycare and needed to suddenly find something else. Very rude attitude also. Do not recommend.
I send an e-mail and even got an automatic reply that my e-mail was well received. When I called I spoke to a worker who made me hold to get the director. The director told me there would be a spot for us and the fee. Obviously we understand that paperwork needs to be filled in which we have done with our daycare in Finland as well. Coming from Finland there is no need to for quarantine (very low incidence of covid) and we all have negative covid tests. Luckily Jardim das Brincadeiras received us well and together we filled in all the necessary paperwork and medical history. Eventhough we had never even been in contact before. Would recommend that daycare over Castelo Magico.
