El día acordado para que prestaran sus servicios, con un contrato firmado con más de un año de antigüedad, no aparecieron en el lugar acordado. Jamás contestaron a mis llamadas ni a mis WhatsApp. Por favor, que todo aquel que esté pensando en contratar este fotomatón, que no lo haga: es una empresa fantasma que estafa a sus clientes. Ya que indican que no les consto como cliente, que prueben a buscar el nombre de Julián Carpintero y Lidia Gagliardi. A ver si ahora también contestan, estafadores. Yo misma les llame varias veces desde el teléfono de mi marido y no lo cogían,les mandábamos whatsapp y los dejaban en leído. Cuando se acordaron ya avisaron de que no habían ido porque habían tenido caso de COVID, creo que no costaba nada avisar. Luego para el tema de la devolución del dinero…también ojo cuidado. Profesionalidad CERO!!! Menos mal que el Dj que teníamos contratado nos consiguió un fotomaton en menos de media hora y con grandes resultados. And I put a star because you can not put less. A pesar de tener un contrato firmado desde agosto de 2020, el día de mi boda, en septiembre de 2021, no aparecieron en la finca. Aunque intentamos contactar con ellos por teléfono (desde varios números) y por WhatsApp no se atrevieron a contestar ni a dar la cara. Unos impresentables a los que espero que, tarde o temprano, alguien denuncie por estafa. Si alguien está buscando un fotomatón para un evento lee esta reserva, le aconsejo que busque un proveedor de verdadera calidad. Malas personas, cobardes y mentirosas. El servicio durante la boda fue bueno, pero estamos muy descontentos al quedarnos sin la mitad del material por el mismo precio... Responden rápido a los whatsapp, pero cuatro meses antes de la boda he empezado a desconfiar cuando me pidieron el 80% del pago por adelantado. Empecé a buscar opiniones y cuando les expresé mis dudas dejaron de contestar. Me volvieron a pedir más dinero y les pedí evidencias de la existencia de su empresa (Estaba dispuesta a desplazarme a cualquier lugar de la zona centro de España para conocerles). Tras dos meses de darme largas, he cancelado su servicio.
