Took my Mac book to be repaired 3 weeks ago, was told it would take at least a week for the diagnostic to be completed and I would be called then. 10 days later I returned to the store to see what the delay was, was told they were busy and there would call me at the beginning of the following week. Mid way through the following week I returned again as still no phone call. And again was told that there were busy! Sorry this is not good enough, I can except anywhere being busy and to keep in contact with me to explain this, but twice I was told I would receive a call to update me and this didnt happen. This is bad service.. I asked for a refund and asked for my laptop back. I also asked for the complaints books but was refused by the store staff. Then I lady whom I presume was the manager/ owner came to see me. She explained that my laptop was placed in the store on a pink invoice that means the job could take over one month .. I wasnt told any of this information when I came to the store, was only feed lies and given very bad attitude from all that I spoke with. And again the manager/owner also refused me the complaints books, explaining that I had received my laptop and money back so what was to complain about?! Really! Was my laptop repaired? No!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to print and scan a some documents whilst on vacation here. This little store was perfectly located away from the traffic and lack of parking downtown. The lady was so helpful and we got it all done in minutes for the princely sum of 1 Euro. They do computer repairs, laminating, copies etc. and speak English. Highly recommend.

I wanted to print out some simple colour text sheets and was charged €0.60 per side which means the double sided sheets cost me €1.20!! A small amount of printing cost me €35.
Oh dear.
