★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist takes money and makes a mess of your teeth. There was a cavity that went over a month without treatment as a result of their incompetence. We will never go there again. I initially chose this place as it has many positive reviews, but after being in the practice for quite some time I now know that many of the reviews are made by employees of this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont often write reviews, but after my experience at this clinic, I felt it was only right that I express my frustrations and feelings I left there with.
If you have any dental needs or anxiety about dental procedures, I would recommend finding a different practice. The receptionists were professional but the dentist I saw was horrible, her name is Ana Rita Costa.
Right off the bat, she was 20 minutes late and didn't wear gloves.
She was very rough on my mouth and used excessive force. She then proceeded to put anesthetic on me, which did nothing and I ended up feeling everything. She didn't bother or ask me if I was okay. She left me in extreme pain after a failed attempt at a tooth extraction which I'm still suffering the consequences of this inexperienced woman. She broke the jaw bones (was confirmed by my new dentist) and I had blood clots as well. When i asked questions and complained, she got aggressive, defensive and raised her voice. I was in extreme pain for more than 1 week and had to go to the emergency room. It is very unfortunate that a small business like this is losing customers due to one employee's poor unprofessional attitude and incompetence. I had no other choice but to go elsewhere. Yesterday, my new dentist removed another piece of bones which was still inside the gums.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear, find yourself a dentist who actually performs procedures with your health and well-being in mind, not your money. There is blatant disregard for customer service and overall hygiene.

Kind and English speaking, very good prices!
I had an accident where i lost almost two full teeth. When I called them they were so kind and told me what to do with the broken teeth and got an appointment the next day in the morning. (Other dentist I called did not tell me what to do with my teeth)
At the clinic everyone is so so kind and their English is very good.
I felt so comfortable and the payment at the end was cheaper then I thought.
The second appointment was even for free, even though the appointment took almost 1h.
