El contenido del curso está bien, pero, a la hora de las gestiones del propio curso, deja muchísimo que desear. Entre ellos mismos, no tienen comunicación, te dicen una cosa, y luego resulta que es otra. Me regalaron un curso de inglés con el de Fotografía, y me dijeron que podía hacerlo cuando yo quisiese, y a los 6 meses me informan que en 2 semanas caduca el curso, y que la chica que me lo dijo, me lo habría dicho mal, obviamente, no me dieron ninguna solución. Al finalizar el curso, pregunto sobre el título de la URJC, y se me dice que dispongo de un año para solicitarlo. Recibo aproximadamente 4-5 llamadas de CEAC para tratar de venderme otro curso. Cuando pago las tasas del título, se me responde que este plazo terminó en septiembre, cuando yo terminé mi curso en marzo, y se me dice que la Universidad cambió el plazo de solicitar el título y que se envió un correo a todos los alumnos, yo, no he recibido ningun correo con dicha información, quizá se me podía haber informado en alguna de las llamadas que recibí tratando de venderme otro curso. También se me dice que pusieron un mensaje en rojo en el Campus, pero, si yo ya he terminado mi curso, ¿para qué iba a acceder al Campus? Malísima gestión, no estoy nada contenta con ello porque no ha sido solo una vez la que me han hecho eso. Quizá deberían tener más comunicación entre ellos, y comunicar de diferentes formas a sus alumnos de los temas importantes, porque yo, repito, no he recibido ningún correo donde se me facilite dicha información, ni en mi bandeja de entrada, ni en spam o no deseados.
The content of the course is fine, but, when it comes to managing the course itself, it leaves a lot to be desired. Between themselves, they do not have communication, they tell you one thing, and then it turns out that it is another. They gave me an English course with Photography, and they told me that I could do it whenever I wanted, and at 6 months they informed me that the course expires in 2 weeks, and that the girl who told me, would have said it wrong, obviously they didn't give me any solution. At the end of the course, I ask about the URJC degree, and I am told that I have one year to apply. I get about 4-5 calls from CEAC trying to sell me another course. When I pay the degree fees, I am told that this term ended in September, when I finished my course in March, and I am told that the University changed the term for applying for the degree and that an email was sent to all students, I, I have not received any email with this information, perhaps I could have been informed in one of the calls I received trying to sell me another course. I am also told that they put a message in red on the Campus, but if I have already finished my course, why would I access the Campus? Very bad management, I am not happy with it because it has not been only once that they have done that to me. Perhaps they should have more communication between them, and communicate in different ways to their students about important issues, because I, I repeat, I have not received any email where this information is provided, neither in my inbox, nor in spam or not desired.
