Sempre aberto com o cliente no que toca a prazos, identificação da avaria e orçamento.
E recentemente também vende produtos para o carro com promoções no arranjo, dá sempre jeito!
É a minha escolha e recomendo.

Always open with the client regarding deadlines, breakdown identification and budget.
And recently also sells products for the car with promotions in the arrangement, always good!

Avariou o filtro de partículas colocou velas que não estão de acordo com as características do veículo. Pior levou me 500.20 euros por um trabalho que não foi bem feito. Tive que retirar o meu carro desta oficina com a avaria no sistema electrónico que ele não consegui resolver. No total gastei mais de 1.000.00 euros. Levei meu veículo a revisão na oficina errada. Este mecânico Devi fechar a oficina. Não renomeando está oficina. Tudo negativo. A começar pelas mentiras ao cliente. Retira os filtros de particulas aos veículos provocando avarias nos sensores nos filtros para depois os vender.
Horrible experience. I took my car to review this mechanic bypassed me and caused damage to my vehicle. Faulty particle filter has placed spark plugs that do not match the characteristics of the vehicle. Worse it took me 500.20 euros for a job that was not well done. I had to remove my car from this workshop with the electronics malfunction that it could not solve. In total I spent over 1,000.00 euros. I took my vehicle to review at the wrong workshop. This mechanic I should close the workshop. Not renaming this workshop. All negative. Starting with the customer lies. Removes particulate filters from vehicles causing sensor damage to the filters and then selling them.

Where do I begin? I have a 2016 Honda Civic. I heard a crunching sound when driving and assumed it was the shocks or engine mount. I brought my car to one mechanic that said it was the shocks, then the dealer who couldn't find any issue. I finally brought it to Mircea Auto. I even volunteered the idea that i thought it might be the shocks. He looked at the car and found that it was actually a loose bolt/connection point. Additionally, I also had a dent on my door which he said he could fix. I was literally in and out in half an hour with both issues resolved for only the cost of labor (which was VERY low). Aside from the time, cost and good customer service, I'm mostly taken back by his honesty. He could've charged me for a full shock/strut repair and I would have been none the wiser.
Highly recommended!
