Nunca gostei do atendimento: pouca assistência, pouca empatia, num desinteresse manifesto pelo cliente que poderá entrar e sair, sem que lhe perguntem se precisa de ajuda. Em nada comparável aos vários estabelecimentos que conheço nesta área de atividade. Pena, porque até têm bons produtos e variedade. Neste momento, só mesmo se for mesmo muito necessário.
I have been a customer of this store since 2016. I never liked the service: little assistance, little empathy, a manifest lack of interest in the customer who can come and go, without being asked if he needs help.
