I realize that this year is atypical but even so I find the same memos in all the same models. I am from Lisbon and I live in Lisbon. I have been fortunate enough to live in Braga for 2 times and each time Braga surprises on the positive side because there we can go around the ready-to-wear stores and nothing is found either in brands or in models. I don't talk about commercial brands but even those feel the difference, I talk about local shops, Rua do Souto and all the other stores that are in the pedestrian area of ​​the city. There I have to go to Braga because it is a wonderful city.

When I'm crossing the bridge, the owner calls me, saying that there were 100 euros to go, I was incredulous, he even told me that he knew it was money he was coming to tell me, that the employee was at the top of the store crying. I explained that it couldn't be, that the 3 of us had counted, please check that a little pile she had made didn't fall, if she was counting well, to see in the cameras, I had a ceiling for the dress, that was the value I had taken, the money I had with me was correct, making the difference between the dress and what I took. You were very unpleasant, you called the employee on the phone because it was the employee that I had to solve, here I was even more stunned. The girl came to the phone, just saying that the money was missing, and of course I refuted everything we had done, me, my daughter and herself. He asked me to go back and pay the 100 euros, honestly I still thought to do so, but I knew I had everything paid for, correctly, if it was the employee, if it was another colleague who went there in the meantime, if it was the boss himself, if he was fallen and they weren't seeing well, I don't know, but I decided no, that I wasn't going to be cheated, I was calm and sure that I had paid what they asked me to. I went back there 3 times for tests, the staff always treated me well, I was no longer attended by the same girl, I don't even know if I saw her I would still recognize her, this is because between this first and second time, more than 1 year passed because the wedding was postponed, covid. I give a star precisely because of the boss who couldn't speak, pushed the problem to the employee, whether she was the one to blame or not, it wasn't like that, victimizing the girl who was crying horrors, and who didn't trust her, who was going to to say goodbye, then to say that the 3 of us counted badly, anyway. Regarding the dress, it was a pity in the chest area that I still had a pin, which on the wedding day, towards the end of the day, I started to feel it sting, luckily I removed it and nothing else happened. I loved my dress, they made the changes I asked for, one of them I paid for this first time, the other small change in the sleeves, which was requested in the 2021 race, they didn't charge me. So I just say, be careful when paying, avoid money, so there's no room for doubt.
