★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Falta de organização dos clientes. Cheguei, sentei -me à espera. Alguém que supostamente estava à minha frente....foi ao multibanco e de 4 ou cinco pessoas que constituíam a família.....ninguém ficou a guardar a vez.
Tipicamente à "chicos espertos ".
Sem consideração pela minha presença.....a empregada....deixou-os passar à minha frente. Quando questionada, foi arrogante e sem interesse em agradar aos clientes.....deixou os "chicos espertos " passarem na minha vez. Péssimo atendimento. Perderam uma cliente.
Lousy service. Lack of customer organization. I arrived, sat down waiting. Someone who was supposedly in front of me .... went to the ATM and 4 or five people who made up the family ..... nobody stayed to save the turn.
Typically "smart kids".
Regardless of my presence ..... the maid .... let them pass in front of me. When questioned, he was arrogant and uninterested in pleasing customers ..... he let the "smart kids" pass my turn. Terrible attendance. They lost a client.
