Recomendo vivamente!
I transported a dog from Lx to Porto. The service was excellent, they were very helpful, not at all expensive (!) And extremely kind.
I strongly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Pedimos o transporte de um animal, inclusive soliticamos entrega na morada pagando mais por isso. Solicitaram que o animal fosse em jejum e quando o entregaram ele tinha tanta sede que bebeu até vomitar. Não deram informações de onde é como estaria durante o transporte. Demoraram 7 horas para uma viagem de 1hora. E quando questionados, foram mal educados e arrogantes. Recusaram-se a responder. Não recomendo. Para nós, nunca mais!
Terrible service. We ask for the transport of an animal, we even request delivery to the address, paying more for it. They requested that the animal be fasted and when they delivered it, he was so thirsty that he drank until he vomited. No information was given on where it would be during transport. It took 7 hours for a 1 hour trip. And when questioned, they were rude and arrogant. They refused to answer. I do not recommend. For us, never again!
