Estava na estrada com bomba de agua estragada já retirada para substituir por uma nova que me disseram que tinham disponível desloquei me a pé até as instalações que se encontravam a 6km para ir buscar a respectiva bomba,quando lá cheguei a bomba não tinha nada a ver com a que eu pretendia no final nem tiverem coragem de dizer que não conseguiam arranjar a bomba tive que ser eu a dizer "nao conseguem arranjar a bomba pois nao".Nem um pedido de desculpas e tive de voltar mais 6km para trás de mãos a abanar.
Poor identification of parts.
I was on the road with a damaged water pump already removed to replace it with a new one that I was told was available. I went on foot to the facilities that were 6 km away to get the respective pump, when I got there the pump had nothing to do with the one that I wanted at the end nor did they have the courage to say that they couldn't fix the bomb, I had to say "they can't fix the pump because they didn’t". shake.

This store doesn't deserve any stars, it doesn't have any parts I look for for my Ibiza 2001 seat, every time I went there they found an excuse not to have the parts I was looking for.
