I left my little one where he came from thinner and more depressed, not to mention that I picked him up on September 26th and I'm still waiting for the invoice that would be sent to the e-mail, so as for me it's just a space to make money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Deixei os meus meninos em 2019 por 2 dias e quando os fui buscar estavam cheios de medo e parecia nem sequer terem saído da box.
I do not recommend. I left my boys in 2019 for 2 days and when I picked them up they were filled with fear and they didn't even seem to come out of the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos pela primeira vez a nossa gatinha a um hotel. Quando chegamos a senhora mostrou-nos as instalações, estavam imaculadas com um conforto incrível para que ela se sentisse bem. Ao logo da estadia dela ligavamos todos os dias para saber como ela estava e eramos sempre atendidos com muita atenção.
Excelente hotel, o que eu mais adorei foi ver o amor com que tratam os animais.
A nossa Branquinha irá voltar com toda a certeza ❤
We left our kitten at a hotel for the first time. When we arrived the lady showed us the facilities, they were immaculate with incredible comfort to make her feel good. During her stay, we called every day to find out how she was and we were always attended to with great attention.
Excellent hotel, what I loved the most was seeing the love with which they treat animals.
Our Branquinha will come back for sure ❤
