Nota-se que é um espaço bastante antigo e as lojas existentes deveriam conseguir acordos para se mudarem para o Fórum Barreiro. (Acordos de renda).
Porém existem boas lojas com bons serviços.
A distribuição no Barreiro encontra-se muito mal.
Vários centros comerciais com metade das lojas fechadas.
