Exas. para uma situação de infiltração nas garagens do edifício M.Bica, cuja origem, conforme nos foi transmitido pela administração da garagem, se encontra nas lojas do centro comercial. Esta é uma situação recorrente que põe em grande risco os nossos bens já que no local a água escorre com muita intensidade criando sérios prejuízos.
 I hereby come to alert you. to a situation of infiltration in the garages of the M.Bica building, whose origin, as informed by the garage administration, is found in the shops of the shopping centre. This is a recurrent situation that puts our goods at great risk as the water flows in the area with great intensity, creating serious damage.
