 A site with some diversity. There is coffee, pastry shop, clothing store, hairdresser, carpentry. It is not a modern space, it dates back to the 90s or 2000s but it has spaces that will be useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha. Um edificio em ruinas, cansado de ser vandalizado, junto a um parque infantil. Incrível como as autoridades competentes nada fazem, nem que seja tapar as portas e janelas do edificio.
A shame. A building in ruins, tired of being vandalized, next to a playground. Amazing how the competent authorities do nothing, even if it is covering the building's doors and windows.
