★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única coisa decente é mesmo o preço, para além de perderem o ficheiro para estampar nas camisolas, numa das camisolas meteram um nome incompleto... Depois de chamar atenção sobre o erro e até concordei em acrescentar à camisola já feita, nem sequer pedi uma nova, ainda se recusaram a fazer no dia porque já tinham desligado a máquina, o que levou a eu ter que ir no dia seguinte buscar a camisola... Má experiência e falta de atenção..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos atendidos por uma funcionária super simpática!! Ouviu tudo o que queríamos para o projeto e acabou por vir tudo muito bem. Ainda nos ligou a confirmar uma situação de cores antes de proceder à impressão. 5 estrelas para a menina que nos atendeu.
No entanto, somos constantemente mal atendidos pelos donos da loja. Mal encarados, mal educados e sem jeito nenhum para o atendimento ao público. Os preços são infalíveis, é verdade. Mas vou optar por pagar mais noutras gráficas só para não ter de levar com mau humor. Nunca têm tempo para ouvir o que o cliente deseja nem para um sorriso. Lamentável.
We were attended by a super friendly employee!! He heard everything we wanted for the project and everything turned out very well. He even called us to confirm a color situation before proceeding to print. 5 stars for the girl who attended us.
However, we are constantly underserved by store owners. Badly faced, poorly educated and no way to serve the public. Prices are infallible, it's true. But I'm going to choose to pay more at other printers just so I don't have to be in a bad mood. They never have time to hear what the customer wants or for a smile. Unfortunate.
