Negaram fazer-me o teste porque já tinham desligado o PC. Muito insatisfeita They are doing a free trial on the Campo24 de Agosto metro (Porto). The service is until 20:00. On 01/18/22 I left work running, I arrived at 19.40h. They refused to test me because they had already turned off the PC. very dissatisfied

Não nos enviaram o resultado como prometido por email. Tentamos contato pelo site solicitando o resultado e nada. 5 dias depois retornei ao laboratório e só então conseguimos o resultado. Afirmavam que haviam enviado por email, mas não dispunham de comprovativo de envio e NÃO recebemos o resultado! Não utilize se houver urgência!!! Private urinalysis (simple + cultural) was performed - we requested urgency because my wife was having discomfort when urinating. They did not send us the result as promised by email. We tried to contact the website asking for the result and nothing. 5 days later I returned to the laboratory and only then did we get the result. They claimed that they had sent it by email, but they did not have proof of delivery and we did NOT receive the result! Do not use if urgent!!!

They also did a great job of cleaning the reception area after every patient. We visited in person to schedule our tests for later in the week.

Now, almost 15 hours later, I am at the airport, still no testresult and probably won't be allowed to fly back to my homecountry...
