Têm de dar melhores condições aos profissionais de saúde e aos utentes, quanto ao serviço dou nota 20 porque no meu tempo era de 0 a 20

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem o telefone. Não sei para que querem telefones nessa casa. Quando lá vamos, estão as senhoras com os telefones fora do sítio para não serem incomodadas e estão na conversa entre elas. Vergonhoso!
They never answer the phone. I don't know why they want phones in this house. When we go there, the ladies have their phones out of the way so as not to be disturbed and are in conversation with each other. Shameful!
