S	Sush. Mah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time the service is not same Because one day they give good service another day bad . We have to wait for long time to ask questions but they don’t care how much time we spent there just to ask one questions. Time is important to everyone but they don’t cares others time. Actually I have got an appointment for Legal entry on Jan 24 but on that day they didn’t complete , they said after one week you will get call or email I waited for two weeks but I didn’t get nothing either call or email again after two weeks I went to ask them , again I was sad cause they told me to wait one more week. Again I didn’t get any response neither phone calls nor email. I went to information department and finally she gave me ticket for legal entry and I waited for my number finally my ticket number in display I went to the related department but they said I again have to wait but there was no one in the officer table. Then I don’t care and I just go and sat infront of his desk finally it happened. my husband have got the same appointment for legal entry still he is waiting and he went there two three times at last time they said that again he have take appointment we were shocked because we already got appointment for legal entry and they themselves keep pending and they are just giving us trouble for one work. Now you can calculate our time how much time we spent just only for legal entry. So, I would like to suggest please be in time and give respect for others time also.

The best approach is to learn 40% Portuguese or ask the help of a Portuguese friend. Otherwise the wait is maybe 40 minutes to talk to some one. That'd not bad at all. They have an organized system to see someone.

Without his help, I could never have got it resolved. I'm very grateful for the services provided by CNAIM and I hope all other immigrant workers here in Portugal would find a way to engage with the life here better with the support from CNAIM.

When we came, in the waiting area conditioner didn't work and we waited 40 min even with scheduled time. But the stuff and legal advisor were all nice and super helpful. Tip: If you have a scheduled appointment they give you a ticket not earlier than 15 min before the appointment. No need to come super early.
