I called and spoke to Hugo who had no appointments for the day but after explaining my situation and the fact that I had to fly back to the UK next day, he offered me a slot if I could get to him in an hour. Thank you so much for seeing me Hugo absolute hero, very painful but I did get on and got back to the UK and only because of your help. Highly recommend this great gentlemen in his own words we all have time.
