★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly lady at the reception desk. I realise that I don't speak Portuguese but using my Spanish, English and French I tried my best to communicate.
The receptionist had absolutely no patience for me at all and did not want to help or try and help me. The only person who helped me was Francisco the security man who was so kind to me and spent time speaking to me with patience. This guy deserves 5 stars. Thank you Francisco.
