The best ashram :) I love the teachers, the yoga practice is the most traditional and the space is very cozy. What I also really like is the fact that they give equal attention to all participants, especially on the issue of correcting body postures.

I started three years ago with this one and I continue to this day by practicing Yoga in all its components, in which a class is never the same as the previous one, and in which I always feel surrounded by beautiful people inside (starting with the teacher :) ) in a quiet and welcoming environment.
