★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja que não recomendo a ninguém. Da 1a vez perguntaram me se queria um saco para transportar o brinquedo de grande volume e preço que comprei. Eu respondi que seria ao criterio deles a vez que debaixo do braço não cabia. Talvez com uma guita ?? Seguidamente cobraram me oelo daco a fazer publucidade da loja e eu respondi que ye queria um saco de papel que eles nao têm Da 2a vez e ultima como so teem uma funcinaria e nada útil estive demadiado tempo a espera e desejei ter ido antes ao Continente onde a pouca disponibilidade de funcionários é maior do que nesta loja de brinquedos Sujestões não estão para ai virados. E para finalizar se ligamos para o telefone da loja dizem que só atendem até as 16.30 por mensagem de voz!!!!!!
Store that I do not recommend to anyone. The first time I was asked if I wanted a bag to carry the high-volume, high-priced toy I bought. I replied that it would be at their discretion that there was no room under the arm. Maybe with a twine ?? Then they charged me for the daco to advertise the store and I replied that ye wanted a paper bag that they don't have. the lack of availability of employees is greater than in this toy store. And finally, if we call the store phone, they say they only answer until 4.30 pm by voice message !!!!!!

Da 1a queriam me vender uma caixa para arrumar os brinquedos já usada, suja e com a caixa toda rasgada, ou seja, vim embora sem comprar nada! Da 2a vez comprei um Mercedes com ligação ao telemóvel para o meu filho andar que custa a volta de 260 e tal euros,pedi para embrulhar e nem laço teve direito o embrulho, e na hora de por a caixa no carrinho de compras nem uma maozinha, 3 empregadas e clientes zero, uma até fugiu para trás das prateleiras. Depois do valor lá deixado o mínimo que se pedia era uma maozinha e um obrigado, bne isso.
Das duas vezes que la fui nem um " precisa de ajuda ? ". Foi preciso ir chamar pela funcionária!
Não querem trabalhar fiquem em casa que há quem queira, para atendimento ao público deixam muito a desejar.

The two times I went there, not even a "need help?". I had to call the employee!
They do not want to work, stay at home if there are those who want to, for customer service they leave a lot to be desired.
