★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendam visitas com as pessoas e alteram a data sem avisar. Fiquei no local à espera, ninguém apareceu e só quando ligo é que avisam que o agendamento foi alterado para o dia a seguir, sem me questionarem se podia. Foi esta a impressão com que fiquei da century21 (negativa).
Schedule visits with people and change the date without warning. I stayed at the place waiting, no one came and only when I called did they notify me that the schedule was changed for the next day, without questioning me if I could. This was the impression I got from century21 (negative).
