Para além de a century nos enganar em caracteristicas da casa não nos diziam as coisas com clareza, sempre a tentar enganar os clientes a passar o minimo de informação possivel (tanto com o banco como com a vendedora).
Simplesmente não façam um processo aqui.
Pedro Ludgero is a bad business.
Apart from the century deceive us in the house features do not say things clearly, always trying to deceive customers to spend the least possible information (both the bank and with the seller).
Just do not make a case here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor João Gomes é um homem grosseiro e mal educado .Nunca tinha ouvido ninguém falar da maneira como falou com um possível comprador e a agência nada fez para remediar a situação apesar de ter conhecimento.Não recomendo de maneira alguma.
Salesman João Gomes is a rude and impolite man. He had never heard anyone speak the way he spoke to a possible buyer and the agency did nothing to remedy the situation despite having knowledge. I do not recommend it at all.
