To the point of sending me false information via text - if I had not spoken to another agent I would never have known she was lying… and I may have continued wasting my time with them and perhaps: lost the opportunity of renting the apartment I truly wanted due to her incompetence. But I also met with another agent who simply did not bring the keys to an apartment Inez had set up for me to view - and so my 30 minute walk to meet them - was a total waste. And in all this - they were extremely flippant. If you see them listing - do not use. There are plenty of other agents in the area and one can utilize idealists.pt to get in touch with a different realtor or the owner themselves. I strongly urge owners not to use this company as they have no integrity with the renters and will lie to preserve their own “character”, therefore sinking it in every way.
