Exceptional service from young Christian, you'll go far my friend! Might have liked to see a few more options on the menu, but definitely recommended!

A small menu crafted of locally curated ingredients to insure all is exceptional. Almost like a time-travel experience back to Chez Panise in Berkeley, CA.

I saw a photo of it on trip advisor and dragged my friend around town just so we could walk by. We sat down for some water, coffee and a little shade. The owner came over and we started chatting about the Algarve region and his decision to move there from Paris to enjoy the year round sun. My phone was dying and he even ran home so he could share his phone charger with me. So we decided to take a peak at the menu while my phone charged. My friend ordered the cod with sweet potato and I ordered the tuna steak with black rice. We each took a bite of our meal and at the same time said “OH MY GOD”! We have eaten at some amazing places around the world but nothing compared the freshness and flavor we tasted here! I only wish we were in Tavira longer so we could eat there again!
P	Paul Short on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here a couple of weeks ago. The food and wine was great. The menu is limited only three items on main course but what is served is a foodies delight. I had hake fillets on celeriac mash and Beurre Blanc sauce delicious. The creme brûlée was superb. The wine was also excellent. Appeared to be using organic produce as far as possible. So overall an excellent place to eat at a sensible price. Highly recommended
C	Chris Patterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous. We ate off the lunch menu, and it was exquisite. Service is attentive, and the setting is quiet and relaxing. We'll be back. Only hassle is finding parking, but the experience is worth the effort.
D	David Campus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great meal at new Taviran hotspot Cercle last week. Set on a traditional quiet street, this contemporary space jumps out at you. With a small, regularly changing menu, the focus at Cercle is on the use of local produce. The cuisine is French / Portuguese fusion with some impressive techniques used in kitchen ( @27again ), fun without being too flash. Wine list was great and fairly priced, mainly a selection of Portuguese low-intervention (@rolhasvinhos ) with a few quality Frenchies chucked in for good measure. Ambience and service was absolutely on point. Should you find yourself in Tavira, Cercle is definitely worth a go!
