★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei farinha tipo 110 da nacional, primeiro disseram que era 4,50€ + 6% de IVA aceitei porque era barato. Fui levantar a farinha e de seguida dirigi-me à expedição para efectuar o pagamento disseram que tenho a pagar 6€ + 6% de IVA. Como podem ver andam a brincar com a cara dos clientes, só para comprar farinha demorei 45 mins. Acabaram de perder um cliente.
I bought national type 110 flour, first they said it was €4.50 + 6% VAT I accepted because it was cheap. I went to pick up the flour and then went to the expedition to make the payment they said I have to pay €6 + 6% VAT. As you can see, they are playing with the customers' faces, it took me 45 mins to buy flour alone. They just lost a customer.
