★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My application for credit was denied without a proper reason. I am permanently employed, pay taxes in Portugal and have the financial stability to apply for the credit (I have just purchased a home) and obviously my credit was denied by Cetelem because I am a foreigner.
A “NO”is acceptable, a “NO” without a valid reason being communicated to me is a complete lack of respect. Naturally I will never consider this financial institution again for any credit nor will I ever recommend/refer it.
Fortunately I did not need the credit, but if you can take advantage of 24 months interest free…why not!
