★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergüenza de tienda, dos pedidos que realicé en la web, dos pedidos cancelados, eso sí, el dinero retenido durante semanas. Sí hay juegos que por el motivo que sea no los pueden enviar, no los cobren, no dejen terminar la compra, y así ahorrarán molestias a los clientes.
A disgraceful store, two orders that I made on the web, two canceled orders, yes, the money withheld for weeks. Yes there are games that for whatever reason cannot be sent, do not charge for them, do not let the purchase finish, and thus save customers inconvenience.

I wanted to know something, I bought a PS3 in the store Cex in Viana do Castelo and brought it to Lisbon and it arrived here she is not reading the CD so I wanted to know if I can change her in some other Cex store here in Lisbon! Please if anyone can reply thank you right away ?
