The CEO and main coach is an excellent professional, a specialist when it comes to crossfit, fitness, body movement, anatomy & sports rehab; he is educated, attentive, supportive, fun, humble and makes sure to deliver an outstanding, individual and personalized service.
Our health and our bodies are his priority - rather than following mainstream dieting/training trends.
