Apenas têm uma pessoa na tesouraria todos os dias quando é sempre a mesma história, todos os dias filas de 30 pessoas, o tempo de espera é sempre superior a 1h/1h30 independentemente da hora a que se entra
Toda a gente reclama da mesma coisa e ninguém muda nada.

They only have one person in the treasury every day when it's always the same story, every day lines of 30 people, the waiting time is always longer than 1h/1h30 regardless of the time you enter
