★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accomodation option for students, close to the new campus of Nova SBE. Parede is a nice little village which has everything you need: Beach, shops and restaurants... The building and facilities are really good. High quality of life. Also helpfull owner. The amount of students living here is perfect, which makes it a nice community. However, if you are looking for a place to have house parties/invite many people, you should rather look for another place, as there is a certain level of control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent location in Parede, at a walking distance from the beach and the train station. Fully renovated interior space and facilities, and a garden which is great for outdoor activities. Friendly student community, with common areas, private rooms and private bathrooms that establish the perfect balance between socializing and privacy. The owner is very helpful and accessible. This makes it the perfect location for any student studying along the Cascais train line.

The location is amazing: train station is just a two minute walk away, beach at the distance of a 5 minute walk and two different supermarkets at walking distance. The owner is very helpful. The rooms are confrotable, each with a private bathroom. It's the perfect place for those who do not like the noise aof big student residences but want nevertheless to know people from different cultures and backgrounds.

It is perfect for those seeking a social living space with great facilities, good shopping opportunities, and one that is just a short walk away from the beach. The owner has been extremely helpful in every aspect, and she continuously improves the experience at the Chalet by talking to its residents and understanding their needs and wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chalet is located close to the train station (1 min) and to the beaches in Parede and Avencas (8 min) which makes it the perfect place for Nova SBE students. The house is very clean, and the rooms are well-equipped with TV, air conditioning and private bathroom. The homeowner is very nice and always available when problems arise.
I can highly recommend this place!:)

You won't find better facilities to live whilst studying in Portugal.
Clean, modern and with a special care by the owner which will make you feel it is very good value for money.
Chalet Julia is definitely a great place to live and study and meet likeminded students.

Everything you need is walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, train station, beach, etc.) The owner is always available if any issues arise, and very helpful. It is a very nice atmosphere to live in, and after having stayed for a semester I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to live close to Nova SBE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful modern student accommodation in Parede. Super close to the train station and 7 min walk to Parede Beach and Avencas beach and the house also has a beautiful garden. Besides the house owner is super friendly and always helpfully Perfect stay for nova SBE students, highly recommend this place!
