★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Champ's da Baixa was our pre-dinner spot and we wished we had just stayed (see my review of Flow, which was terrible). We were the only people in the bar and ordered 4 drinks in total. Each one was increasingly incredible. Both sangrias that my wife ordered were delicious and both the drinks I got were amazing. While we can't comment on the food, the service was friendly and very good. Can't wait to go back on our next trip to Portugal!
