If you're looking for something to eat nearby it's worth a quick visit, otherwise it's probably too much time spent driving and looking for parking for such a tiny area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small chapel. If you are on the way to Silves and you pass by Alcantarilha it worth the visit... otherwise go to Faro to visit a bigger one. Here the chapel was not well preserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little church with an eerie addition of a section filled with bones and skulls. Was great to pass a couple of hours walking through the streets to see this then stop off for a coffee in a nearby cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fascinating and interesting structure. We walked to the back of a beautiful church with walls richly adorned in gold. Walked through a door into a courtyard where the chapel is situated. There were a few skulls missing and assuming they have crumbled away over the years. Certainly hope no one has been damaging the structure on purpose. I didn't know how I would feel walking into a chapel of bones but the apprehensive feeling was overcome by the amazing structure.
