Deduzo que seja comissões a mais pelas vendas e não têm tempo para mais ou é total desinteresse pelos clientes.
Coitados de quem lá mete as casas para comercializar.
Nesse caso deixo a dica: fechem a porta

Poor people who put their houses there to sell.
