j	joao honrado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei da ajuda destes srs em sesimbra… porém cobravam 50 eur pela deslocação, achei que havia um encarecimento pouco razoável por ser sábado, mas tudo bem, depois, como eu apenas podia ás 18h passaram a exigir um pagamento antecipado de 50%...dado que achei uma postura pouco correta (cada mensagem que trocava era mais um x eur), compreendi que poderiam “fazer-se valer” por ser fim de semana…pelo que informei que depois articularia para uma data durante a semana, ao que me responderam “sim sr ok” . Assim o fiz, mas a empresa afinal disse que já não fazia o serviço, que tinham considerado sem efeito...num espirito que não tenho duvida ser de retaliação…nenhuma justificação, apenas que já não faziam ! Assim mesmo, não duvidem. Por não achar normal nem razoável, opto por partilhar a minha experiencia, para que possam concluir quanto à seriedade e profissionalismo … Nunca fui de recorrer a estas plataformas para reclamar, mas perante isto ... I needed the help of these gentlemen in sesimbra... but they charged 50 euros for the trip, I thought there was an unreasonable price tag because it was Saturday, but that's ok, then, as I could only at 6 pm, they started to demand an advance payment of 50%... since I thought it was not very correct attitude (each message I exchanged was one more x eur), I understood that they could "make themselves worth it" because it was the weekend...so I informed them that I would later articulate for a date during the week, so I replied “yes mr ok” . I did so, but the company finally said that it was no longer doing the job, that they had considered it ineffective...in a spirit that I have no doubts was retaliation...no justification, just that they no longer did it! Even so, don't doubt it. Because I don't think it's normal or reasonable, I choose to share my experience, so that they can conclude on the seriousness and professionalism... I was never one to use these platforms to complain, but given this...
