★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 13 Dezembro 2020, fui à loja de Alverca trocar a pilha do comando do carro, (a pilha ainda era de origem) . Depois do serviço realizado dirigi me à minha viatura e constatei que a mola do comando que faz saltar a chave, estava solta e não funcionava. Voltei de novo à loja a reclamar, à qual o funcionário me respondeu que a mola saltou quando abriu o comando e que ja estava assim. Com isto tudo, ainda me lascou o cromado da chave. Possivelmente a empresa trabalha bem mas o funcionário não era de todo profissional para o serviço.
On December 13, 2020, I went to the Alverca store to change the battery for the car control, (the battery was still original). After the service, I went to my car and found that the control spring that makes the key pop out was loose and didn't work. I went back to the store again to complain, to which the employee replied that the spring jumped when it opened the remote and that it was already like this. With all this, the chrome of the key still chipped me. Possibly the company works well but the employee was not at all professional for the service.
