Vendaram um comando de portão danificado e após varias insistências dizem que a culpa é do fornecedor e não se responsabilizam pelo material que comercializam.
Lamentável a postura do funcionário que não se prontificou a encontrar solução.
Não recomendo os serviços desta empresa e que nada dignificam o El Corte Inglês onde estão inseridos.

They sold a damaged gate control and after several insistences they say that it is the supplier's fault and they are not responsible for the material they sell.
The attitude of the employee who was not ready to find a solution is regrettable.
I do not recommend the services of this company and they do not dignify El Corte Inglés where they are located.
