★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei fazer 7 chaves normalíssimas nesta empresa de Santarém . Nenhuma funcionou. Reclamei 4 vezes, quatro deslocações, e nunca funcionaram e não me devolveram o dinheiro nem aceitaram as chaves mal feitas.
Informaram-me que teriam de ir ver a fechadura mas teria de pagar 25€ de deslocação. Foram ao local e cada chave só funcionava ao fim de 15 a 20 tentativas. Quiseram obrigar-me, sobre ameaça, a pagar os 25€ sem conseguirem colocar as chaves a trabalhar. Informaram-me que o canhão que tinha na fechadura da marca LINCE não prestava para nada e que o melhor era trocar de canhão, o canhão era novo. Fiz as mesmas chaves na CASA DAS CHAVES DE SANTARÉM e funcionam todas sem qualquer problema. Se querem chaves e se é de Santarém têm de escolher quem serve bem.
I had 7 very normal keys made in this company in Santarém. None worked. I complained 4 times, four trips, and they never worked and they didn't return the money or accept the bad keys.
They informed me that they would have to go and see the lock but would have to pay 25 € for travel. They went to the site and each key only worked after 15 to 20 attempts. They wanted to force me, under threat, to pay the 25 € without being able to put the keys to work. They informed me that the cannon in the LINCE brand lock was useless and that it was best to change the cannon, the cannon was new. I made the same keys at CASA DAS CHAVES DE SANTARÉM and they all work without any problem. If you want keys and if you are from Santarém you have to choose who will serve you well.
