★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for only one Night with our 3 children and had a Fantastic time! The host was extraordinary friendly, helpful and super nice! We got an excellent breakfast served onto the room. And the appartment was more than spacious, super Clean, Great View. The Location of the Chiado Arty Flats is just perfect and the Service absolutely fabulous! We really felt very comfortable! Thanks a Million for a Great stay!!!! Christina and Family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the location of the Chiado Arty Flats and the design of our appartement. The staff was really friendly and willing to make us have a great experience answering our questions before arrival and paying attention to details. Breakfast is deliverd at the appartement and we can book the delivery time according to availabilites !
We just noticed one chair in the kitchen which was not well fixed and a broken chair on the balcony. But Im sure the staff is available to sort it out for next time ! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect! Fun, arty, spacious, clean, friendly staff, amazing walkable location. A full kitchen, nespresso machine, comfortable bed, nice quality linens and towels. What more could we ask for?
They even in these (hopefully waning) days of COVID provide daily maid service.
Breakfast, a feast was delivered to the room- scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, fruit, ham and cheese slices, jams, honey a sweet bun.
We feel so lucky to have found this gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pauhlo was AMAZING! We unfortunately only had the opportunity to stay here one day as we awaited our connection flight out of portugal. Pauhlo made sure to wait for us, receive us, and did everything possible to leave us breakfast even though we were leaving at 5am.
The hotel itself is also very pretty, and the rooms are modern and extremely clean. The location was also very nice, and the AC was very cold.

The staff were absolutely great, very friendly and helped us quite a bit for advices on good restaurants around plus sightseeing and they take of your wants!! Also the room itself was like a 1 bedroom apartment, had everything you can ask for amenities wise plus the breakfast is very good! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing place to stay! I’d recommend booking the 2br/2ba, there is an absolutely gorgeous view of Lisbon out the windows in the left bedroom, kitchen and dining room. Not only was the view stunning but each morning they brought a healthy breakfast to our room consisting of juice, eggs, cereal, pastries, cheese, meats, and yogurt.
The location was perfect, it’s located nearby delicious restaurants, museums, and shops. Best of all it was not located within a touristy area! Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The only negative is the couches are not very comfortable, but that’s such a minor grievance.
