★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a dress which came out in the worse possible state ever. It was smelly, worn out, with a couple of stains on it, whilst the fabric advertised was taffetas, it was in reality polyester, so needless to say that the quality came out horribly wrong. More importantly, it was twice too big, when I complain, the owner when silence radio. Not responding to emails and not responding to phone calls.
Do not order there. It’s the worse scam ever. Their reviews on their website are fake. Trust pilot, Google and Facebook are the only place to trust reviews nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF I could give this company ZERO stars then I would. I placed an order for a dress in their sale, and they have charged me but no sign or contact from them since to tell me if it has been shipped. I have tried calling, emailing and going via their rubbish 'online chat'. Absolutely appalling customer service - I wouldn't be surprised if the company has gone bust. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very different experience than the other reviewers. I purchased a dress in their sale and wrote directly to their customer service because I needed the dress by a specific date. They responded within 24 hours and went out of their way to help send the dress to me. The dress arrived on as expected (by when I needed it) and they were super responsive the entire time. I would definitely purchase a dress from them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have ever had dealings with. The dress I have ordered and pay for (for my wedding day) never arrived. The company e-mailed me the day before saying the dress wont be delivered. I have asked them for refund on several occasions but 3 months later I am still awaiting. I would never recommend them to anyone.
