★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte koffie en cappuccino zeer slecht. Na klagen over chocolade en kaneel over de cappuccino, schrapen ze dat met een lepel er vanaf en gaven dit terug. Slechtste koffie ervaring ooit
Bad coffee and cappuccino very bad. After complaining about chocolate and cinnamon over the cappuccino, they scrape it off with a spoon and returned it. Worst coffee experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crepe super seco.. grande desilusao. Reclamei e disseram que tinha sido feito há pouco tempo. Deixei lá o crepe e não volto a este sítio. Perderam a minha família como cliente.
Edit: no final a Sra falou comigo e explicou que a massa tinha ficado muito grossa e que se disponibilizava a fazer novo crepe. Devolveu metade do valor (pois comi o gelado todo, que era muito bom). Gostei da forma de resolverem o caso.
Super dry crepe .. great disappointment. I complained and they said it had been done recently. I left the crepe there and I'm not going back to this place. They lost my family as a customer.
Edit: at the end, Mrs. spoke to me and explained that the dough had become too thick and that she was willing to make a new crepe. He returned half the price (because I ate all the ice cream, which was very good). I liked the way they solved the case.
