De certo, ter vindo a esta loja para fazer um upgrade ao meu pc, foi uma excelente descisão. Recomendo imenso para quem necessita de qualquer ajuda ou precisa de qualquer coisa de informática! 5* staff always ready to clarify everything, maximum attention to the customer. P	Pedro Alves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, nao é uma loja de confiança, fui la deixar uma consola para arranje, disseram que em 3 a 5 dias o tecnico entrava em contato comigo e que me davam o diagnóstico... e ja passaram quase 2 semanas e nada,fui á loja saber da consola e o funcionário deu me o contato direto do tecnico e tive de ser eu a telefonar, perguntei se ja tinha diagnóstico e respondeu me que ainda nem tinha pegado na consola , disse que tinha de abrir trocar massar,etc ou seja, ja me estava a cobrar o serviço quando nem se quer sabia a causa do problema(diagonostico é para descobrir a causa do problema se tiver que abrir a maquina para verificar tudo tem de o fazer so assim é que se descobre a causa , chama se a isso diagnóstico) e ai sim pode informar o cliente e perguntar se quer arranjar. E mesmo cobrando disse que nao garantia que ficasse resolvido, e que tinha que pagar na mesma os 45 euros... o que nao faz sentido pois se é para pagar o valor total a consola teria que vir arranjada, se não conseguirem resolver nao deviam cobrar nada ou entao pelo cobrar so metade do valor. Não aconselho esta loja a ninguem.
