★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomenda efetuada no dia 25 (paga na hora e validada poucos minutos depois), com stock disponível do artigo em questão, tendo optado pela modalidade de levantamento na loja dada a pressa que tinha e os correios internos funcionarem sempre de forma mais rápida! Já se passaram 6 dias (4 úteis) e a encomenda não está pronta para levantamento. Mas o pior desta experiência está a ser o não contacto com a loja da Boavista. Já tentei contactar por TODAS as vias remotas esta loja e, inclusive, depois de cinco tentativas para o telefone da mesma passou a ir direto para o voice mail, com mais de duas horas e meia restantes para o encerramento da loja! Esta avaliação nem sequer representa fielmente como está a ser a minha experiência com esta loja, pois o justo seriam zero estrelas. Dependendo da forma como desenrolar o resto do processo, virei ou não alterar a minha apreciação sobre a mesma. Olhando à minha experiência posso concluir que a única coisa que funciona rápida, eficaz e eficientemente na Chip7 é o pagamento.
 Order placed on the 25th (payable on the spot and validated a few minutes later), with available stock of the item in question, having opted for the method of collection at the store given the rush I was in and the internal post office always worked faster! It's been 6 days (4 working days) and the order is not ready for pickup. But the worst thing about this experience is the lack of contact with the Boavista store. I've already tried to contact this store by ALL remote ways and even after five attempts to call the store it went straight to voice mail, with more than two and a half hours left to close the store! This review does not even faithfully represent how my experience with this store is being, as the fair would be zero stars. Depending on how I go about the rest of the process, I will change my assessment of it or not. Looking at my experience I can conclude that the only thing that works quickly, effectively and efficiently on Chip7 is the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, adorei o atendimento feito pelos jovens estagiários e agora percebo as reclamações dos clientes abaixo indignados, mas o pior é não sabem ler os cartões que os jovens tinham ao peito daí dizerem que não percebem nada de informática. Continuem assim que é assim que se mostra os 17 anos de experiência no atendimento aos clientes que nada sabem de informática. Adoro ver todas as semanas as novidades desta loja. Nunca está igual. 5 estrelas merecidas. Um Abraço
Good night, I loved the service provided by the young interns and now I understand the complaints of the indignant clients below, but the worst thing is they don't know how to read the cards that the young people had on their chest, so they say they don't understand anything about computers. Keep it up this is how 17 years of experience in serving customers who know nothing about computers is shown. I love to see the news of this store every week. It's never the same. 5 deserved stars. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse daria 0 estrelas. Coloquei meu PC para ser analisado na loja, depois da análise me disse que teria que trocar a placa de vídeo e a board. Tudo bem, não quis e fui buscar o PC, ao chegar em casa vejo que o PC veio sem o ssd que estava nele, após 30 vezes ligando pra lá eles me atendem, eu digo o que aconteceu e o atendente mente dizendo que o computador não veio com ssd. Assim que eu digo que tenho a nota fiscal ele diz que procurou e achou em um cantinho separado e disse que eu deveria buscar. Pedi uma compensação já que o trabalho foi mal feito e teria que pagar 6 euros de Uber até lá para buscar, o atendente me informou que não daria pois a peça não tinha vindo com o PC, mentindo novamente e ainda me chamou de mentiroso alegando que seria a palavra dele contra a minha. O que ele não imaginava era q eu tinha uma foto do PC antes de levar na loja, com o SSD montado. De qualquer forma, me ignorou, tive que ir buscar o SSD na chuva com ventos fortíssimos e não recebi compensação alguma. PÉSSIMO atendimento, PÉSSIMA loja, não voltarei a fazer contato.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. I put my PC to be analyzed at the store, after the analysis told me that I would have to change the video card and board. Okay, I didn't want to and I went to get the PC, when I get home I see that the PC came without the ssd that was on it, after 30 times calling there they answer me, I say what happened and the attendant lies saying that the computer did not come with ssd. As soon as I say I have the invoice, he says he looked it up and found it in a separate corner and said I should look it up. I asked for compensation as the work was poorly done and I would have to pay 6 euros of Uber until then to pick it up, the attendant informed me that it would not work because the part had not come with the PC, lying again and even called me a liar claiming that it would be his word against mine. What he didn't realize was that I had a photo of the PC before taking it to the store, with the SSD mounted. Anyway, he ignored me, I had to go get the SSD in the rain with very strong winds and I didn't receive any compensation. BAD service, BAD store, I will not make contact again.

Less than six month after due to over heat it fell apart and stop working.
When i asked for a new one (legal warranty in EU is 1 year) this was denied because it was falling a apart...
Next time I'll by it online at list you get a proper customer service.
